Who We Are
PackTech UK Ltd is a private limited company registered in England. We specialise in the design, engineering, and manufacture of industrial filling machines for a variety of commercial applications. Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to meet the operational needs of our clients.

Our Products and Services
We offer custom-built and standardised industrial filling machinery, as well as associated support services. All goods and services provided by PackTech UK Ltd are subject to the terms outlined herein. We strive to meet the highest manufacturing standards and offer tailored engineering solutions for clients in the UK and beyond.

Quotations and Order Confirmations
All price quotations issued by PackTech UK Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. An order is only deemed accepted once it has been formally acknowledged and confirmed by us. Quotations may be revised or withdrawn prior to order confirmation at our discretion.

Lead Times and Delivery

All delivery dates provided are estimates based on our production schedules and current workload. While we aim to meet agreed timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. PackTech UK Ltd shall not be held responsible for any delays arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. Once goods are delivered or collected, the risk transfers to the customer, although ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

Installation and Site Requirements
If installation services are requested, these will be quoted separately and provided under specific arrangements. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the installation site is ready, accessible, and equipped with necessary utilities. Delays caused by site inaccessibility, absence of personnel, or lack of equipment readiness may result in additional charges and/or rescheduling.

Product Warranty and Limitations
PackTech UK Ltd provides a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all new machinery from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and component failures under normal use and regular maintenance. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorised modifications, or routine wear and tear. Claims under warranty must be submitted in writing, and we may request inspection of the equipment before processing the claim.

Cancellations and Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our machines, cancellations after production has commenced may not be possible. Where permitted, cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to handling or administrative fees. Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and only for standard (non-customised) items, returned unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, documentation, and materials provided by PackTech UK Ltd , whether digital or physical, remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, drawings, schematics, technical specifications, branding, and proprietary software. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Liability Statement
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and performance of our equipment, PackTech UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profit, production downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the value of the specific goods or services provided under that contract.

Confidentiality Agreement
Any technical, financial, or operational information shared during the course of business between PackTech UK Ltd and our clients shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law or legal proceedings.

Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or any contractual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Updates to These Terms
PackTech UK Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our official website or communicated in writing. Continued use of our services following changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
